The DFAS Electronic Commerce (EC)
Tool Box contains resources designed to assist in using the current
financial-related Department of Defense (DoD) EC tools.
Electronic Commerce is a big
focus, which is the result of the current law as stated in the 2001
National Defense Authorization Act (DFARS 252.232-7003 &
252.232.7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests - January
2004) that requires claims for payment under a DoD contract to be
submitted in electronic form.
A major component of DFAS'
